What started as a friendship
is now a thriving business!

In 2005 two innovative photographers thousands of miles apart began exchanging digital photography ideas in a photographers forum. These two pioneers in digital photography began to put their concepts into reality. Working together to push the boundaries of digital  photography, on-site printing, mobile marketing, green screen photography and  many more photography ideas. Over the years they have referred clients to each other and finally in 2012 worked an event together in San Francisco. Each of these photographers work together almost seamlessly, thinking alike, both with the same dedication to quality and customer service.

Today, they have started Express Event with teams on the East and West Coast.  Jointly they work together across the Country or their teams will take care of the event if closer to their locations.

Their philosophy is simple: Our job is to make your event a huge success by providing a positive unique photo experience combined with Social Media marketing. We make our clients look like heroes. We get our clients NOTICED! Put their expertise and 55+ years of combined experience to work for your events.

"Get the quality you demand with service you can trust"!

David Wright and Curtis Tarpley after working a annual Conference in San Francisco in Nov. 2012
From diagnosis in Nov. 21 to Valentines
day 2022  Curtis passed away from cancer. I sure miss this guy! R.I.P. my friend!

I came across these photos recently and thought it may be fun to show our first mobile photo and printing station. David started pioneering digital in 1998 and has never looked back. The World of Digital finally released him from the boundries of film. This system was skeched out and Viking Cases built his first system geared to on-site printing for events.

While on location at Disney someone saw our system, took pics and reported us to their superiors. David received a call wanting to know who at Kodak leaked their concept to him. Laughing, David said I had a concept, designed it and had it constructed. Disney paid big money in R&D with Kodak. This system ran paralell to Disney's in the equipment used and functionality. David was called a "Renegade"... David told them next time he would design it at 1/2 of Kodaks fee. A great laugh was had by both!
